Joanne sends an email message to Bob who uses Source Authentication.   The server sends Joanne a message back asking her to reply. She receives the email from the server and clicks Reply/Send as requested.   Once the system receives verification from Joanne it delivers the original email to Bob. All future emails from Joanne will go directly to Bob.
